Customer Support Manager with Chinese, Spanish or Arabic knowledge

We are looking for Customer Care Support Manager with Chinese or/and Arabic knowledge for International mobile operator.
Also we have positions for employees with good English or/and Spanish knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- answer calls and handle customer inquiries telephonically
- manage and resolve customer complaints
- provide customers with product and service information
