We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual for the position of Costumers Support Manager in German E-Commerce Project.
Good German is required.

Responsibilitie:

• Reply to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and live chat
• Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s issue and recommend valid solutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Program Manager
• Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software)
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
• Copyedit and proofread all web content
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
• Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors

Required Skills:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of German is must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivation and desire to self-development.
