#1 Dispatcher:
Responsibilities:
– Cargo search on specialized platforms, negotiation with brokers and drivers, selling of the company’s logistics services
– Monitoring (potential troubleshooting) of the pickup/delivery process from the first to the final step
Requirements:
– English — upper-intermediate
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Responsibility and attention to detail
– Ability to work late in the evening (at night)
Schedule: 5/2 from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., from 11 p.m. -work from home)
Salary based on: fixed rate + commission for results

– Keep all documents up-to-date

Requirements:
– English — upper-intermediate (We offer one increased salary position that will require both fluent spoken Spanish and English)
– Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
– Ability to remain resilient in stressful situations
– Strong result achievement focus
Schedule: 5/2 from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 – work at the office; 11 p.m., from 11 p.m. – work from home) *We cover taxi expenses!
Salary based on: 600$ + %
