Requirements:
- Interacting with new clients via a text message interface
- Advising on the order procedures
- Providing assistance with the web interface
- Handling complaints and issues
- NO cold calling
Necessary qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work night shifts
- Experience working with native English speakers is a plus
