Right now, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator (part-time position) to join our team at the Holiday Inn Kyiv hotel (100 Velyka Vasylkyvska Str.).
Your day-to-date responsibilities will include:
- Administrative work in the department such as typing proposals, letters, contracts, etc. Collect data, update databases, and complete departmental monthly reports.
- Asist to prepare the sales tools such as presentations, advertising materials, filling out the information about the hotel on the corporate site, select and order gifts for clients.
- Assist in organizing event for clients.
What we expect from you:
- Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian, English and Russian
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at the same time
- Well-organized
