Our research organization is focused on applying AI, machine learning, computer vision and intellectual data analysis technology for Ring products.
Our product teams cover all aspects of SW development and QA of Ring products and solutions. We are in charge of firmware, hardware, mobile applications and backend development. Our deliverables should meet highest quality standards because Ring products are used by millions of customers around the world.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and organizational support
- Managing calendar and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events, conferences, team building activities
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Miscellaneous tasks (e.g. conducting research)
- Work with different software (JIRA, Confluence)
- Analyze requirements and issue reports related to products
- Help in high-level projects tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Technical education (e.g. KPI student or graduate) is a must
- English – upper-intermediate and higher
- Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexible and proactive
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Similar previous experience would be a plus
