Regus as a global provider of ready-to-go offices and other business solutions is looking for candidates on position of Customer Service Representative at reception.
The CSR is in charge to provide exceptional, professional service to Business Centre existing and potential clients in order to increase client retention within the Business centres in area. He/she is responsible to ensure the general upkeep and appearance of the Regus centre according to Regus standards and to assist sales / marketing of the centre to generate customer service revenue.
Requirements
A young lady/gentleman with a working experience such as customer service, personal assistant, secretary, administrator or receptionist would be a benefit
Higher education
Proficient with MS Outlook
High level of communication skills
Capable to work under changing demands and emergencies
Ability to fulfil multiple tasks at once
Excellent administration skills, good time management skills and flexibility are a must
Accuracy and fluency in English, Ukrainian & Russian
Result-oriented, enterprising and responsible person
Friendly and energetic
Key Responsibilities
Client full secretarial support (incoming calls, incoming and outgoing correspondence distribution);
Business centre full housekeeping on daily basis due to Regus standards;
Billing procedure (clients charging, invoices raising, payments control, etc);
Work with suppliers on centre maintenance (products ordering, stock control, cost saving);
Business meeting and trips organization (meeting room preparation, coffee breaks, hotels, taxi bookings etc);
Clients bad debt control (debtors follow up);
Clients Move-in/out procedures (office set up, IT/Telecom set up, documentation control);
Proactive Meeting room up-selling;
Actively Up-sell & cross-sell Regus products and services to clients;
Internet /Telecom services set up and support
