We help startups as well as enterprises to free up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses. We’re currently looking for  Multilingual Customer Support Agents.
These are short-term positions up to 3 months or more.
Requirements:
    • Excellent written / verbal communication skills in Chinese/Japanese/German/Italian/Spanish/English;
    • up to 1 year of experience in customer support /sales areas;
    • Experience working with Zendesk, as a plus;
  • Responsible, deadline driven and result-oriented individual;
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
    • Customer support via tickets;
  • Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;
  • Entering data into a CRM, other online tools, and cloud-based platforms.
