Customer Service Specialist with English and French or German

Workplace: Remote

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily customer contact through email, phone,
  • Processing customers’ orders for maintenance services,
  • Updating customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records,
  • Ensuring an effective communication within internal departments,
  • Cooperation with subcontractors in order to provide customers with requested services,
  • Handling issues and following the designated escalation path.

Position requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position,
  • Very good command of English and French or German,
  • Good knowledge of Excel,
  • Excellent organization of working time, including very well priorities setting,
  • Problem-solving skills and proactiveness and attachment to details,
  • Fast comprehension and analytical and structured way of working.
