We’re currently looking for Multilingual Customer Support Agents.
These are short-term positions up to 3 months or more.
Requirements:
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills in Chinese/Japanese/German/
Italian/Spanish/English; - up to 1 year of experience in customer support /sales areas;
- Experience working with Zendesk, as a plus;
- Responsible, deadline driven and result-oriented individual;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support via tickets;
- Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;
- Entering data into a CRM, other online tools, and cloud-based platforms.
